We purchased Coronado as the high selling bull in the spring of 2011 at the GeneTrust Sale at Suhn Cattle Company. He is a moderate BW, deep ribbed, really soggy son of the popular CB Hombre 541T3. He ranks in the top 15% or above in six traits; plus, he has outstanding individual performance. He posted an adjusted 205 day weight of 754 to ratio 122 and then went on to record an adjusted 365 of 1300 pounds. His dam's second calf, she currently records two offspring with an AWWR of 114 and an AWYR of 108. He also excels in his ultrasound as he scanned an adjusted REA of 15.46 to ratio 111 and an adjusted IMF of 5.29 to ratio 116. Coronado's EPD tabulation is also impressive with a ranking in the top 5% for WW, the top 10% for YW and Milk, the top 3% for M&G; plus, the top 15% for REA and IMF. His dam, sired by Lambert, is possibly the best producing daughter of the great carcass improving sire. Coronado's sire, Hombre, will be one of the most used sires in 2011 and 2012.
